Privacy policy

Data collected

When you use the quote request form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: name, phone number, email, journey details (departure, arrival, date, number of passengers) and any additional message. For security purposes, your IP address is also processed during the form's anti-bot check.

Purpose of processing

This data is used solely to process your quote request, get back in touch with you and follow up on your journey. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

We process your request on the basis of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): by sending the form you are asking us for a quote, which allows us to use your contact details to reply. We do not send marketing without your consent.

Recipients and technical providers

The website and the quote form rely on the following providers, which act as processors or controllers for the data indicated:

• Microsoft (Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online) — email delivery: the content of your quote request is sent by email through Microsoft's servers and then stored in our mailbox.
• Google (Google Maps Platform) — address autocomplete and route display: the pickup, drop-off and intermediate addresses you type into the form are sent to Google to return suggestions and calculate the route.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile) — anti-bot check on the form: Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical signals from your browser in order to tell human visitors from bots. Cloudflare states that it does not use this data for advertising and does not access the content of the form fields.
• Vercel — website hosting: technical server logs (including your IP address) are processed to keep the site running and secure.

These providers are US companies that may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and/or by certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. No data is sold or used for advertising.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then archived in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as the right to object. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@kent-transports.com.

This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools. Only strictly necessary technical cookies or storage may be set by Cloudflare Turnstile (form security) and by Google Maps when the map is displayed on the quote page.
